4) Neither time I've stayed have we been able to get late checkouts despite even calling at 6:30am.

I will be sure to triple check nextime so I'm not surprised at check in with a different pkg then expected and don't use it all. 3) Accidently booked the wrong pkg but have found that on the website the little drop down box, close to all sorts of other info you need to choose before booking the pkg, choices can very easily be switched without noticing before booking, maybe too easily. The only thing I can say is the dessert was good but that's it. Lastly the waitress actually asked if we wanted our leftovers to go? The reason it was almost all still on our plates was because it was nasty. It also took over 45 minutes, at a slow period, to get our food, the waitress would not acknowledge how long it had been, she kept referring to it as having been only 20 minutes, the manager did not even apologize for the food quality or wait but simply offered a dessert on the house which took another 15 minutes to get. 2) The Salted Lime is the nastiest restaurant I've ever eaten at, neither of us could eat even half of our dishes despite being hungry.This is not at all Mexican food, it lacks flavor all around, down to the beans and rice even. Makes me sad that neither celebration was at least acknowledged by such a nice resort so not sure why they ask in the first place if you have no interest or intention. 1) I've stayed twice now in 3 months both times for special celebrations, a mini honeymoon and a birthday but not once was either recognized despite notating it and mentioning it. I will however say that we had experienced a few things that did detract a bit from it our visit but lesson learned.

Both restaurants, Farm and Bistro 57 did not disappoint in quality, price point and service, we will keep going back to those. I will always recommend to stay at this hotel, very nice rooms, generally great service all around, very good restaurants and clean environment.
